Tech Terrace Holiday Home Tour

The Tech Terrace UNIT Holiday Home tour is back.   Saturday December 1st at 3:00.  Tickets are available for $15 at Hodge Podge Designs and Host and Toast both located in the Plaza Shopping Center at 26th and Boston. Tech Terrace is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Lubbock, and that this tour is intended to celebrate these homes. This year, five homes will be participating in the tour. Also, there will be a new “afterglow” party at the Plaza in Tech Terrace following the event, with hay rides and carriage rides.

New Store in Tech Terrace

Merlin's Pet Shop is now open at 26th and Boston next door to the Alternative Food Company.  Merlin's features unique pet accessories as well has high quality pet food.  They even have free samples so you can see if Rover will like the food.  Pet owners should check it out.

Plaza Shopping Center Under New Management

The Plaza Shopping Center is now under new management.  Tech Terrace Real Estate received the contract to manage the shopping center last week.  Look for upgrades and enhancements including cleanup, new paint, fresh awnings, safety lighting and further landscaping of common areas.
