Spring Home Tour Fast Approaching

Tech Terrace Neighborhood Association is holding a Spring
Open House on Saturday, April 24th from 1-4.


This tour will feature over 50 homes that are for sale in the neighborhood. The purpose of the event is to encourage families to come and take a look at the many wonderful homes that are currently available, get information about the schools in the neighborhood, and get a feel ofwhat a great place Tech Terrace is to live. The event is free.


I am asking you to volunteer your time during the event. We are hoping to have as many neighbors on hand as possible, positioned at various locations to answer questions and be a presence in the homes. The tour will start on the lawn at Roscoe Wilson Elementary and we are asking volunteers to show up just a few minutes early and get their assignment. Please tell your friends that have been looking for a home in the neighborhood about this event. Let them know that the easiest way to ensure a spot at either Roscoe Wilson Elementary or Hutch Middle School (the best schools in Lubbock), is to live in the attendance zone!!!
